Harvest and pack the grapes having 18 degree and higher Brix level.
Start harvesting early and finish early.
Use an appropriate pad or paper for excess moisture.
Be careful when pre-cooling and be sure the grapes are cooled down to1 to 5 degrees.
Place the UVA Control Pad on the grapes in the Cold-Room without breaking the cold chain.
Control the temperature of storage area daily during long-therm storage.
